Here is how to find your order, and what to do if the tracking has not moved.

Where your tracking number comes from

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order ships. The number becomes active within about 24 hours of that email — before then, a carrier lookup may show nothing, which is normal.

Check your spam or promotions folder before assuming the email did not arrive.

Why an order may not have shipped yet

Every piece is engraved to order, so there is a production step before shipping. Orders are processed in 2–3 business days for engraving, and orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or holidays. Standard US delivery then takes roughly 7–20 business days. Express engraving and shipping is available at checkout: engraving in 3 business days, then 4–7 days in transit.

Tracking is guaranteed on express orders. On standard shipping, tracking availability depends on the item and destination.

Something looks wrong

• Wrong address? Email us immediately at info@ourcoordinates.com. There is a short window to correct an address before a piece goes into production.
• Tracking stalled for more than a few days? Send us your order number and we will chase the carrier.
• Arrived damaged? Email us with a photo and we will replace it.
