Production & shipping

Every piece is custom-engraved in the USA after you drop your pin. We typically ship within 7–10 business days of your order. Transit time after ship depends on carrier and destination (usually several additional business days domestically).

Standard US shipping is free on orders over $50. Tracking is included. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Personalized items

Because each piece is made to your coordinates, we cannot accept standard “changed my mind” returns. If anything is wrong with the engraving, finish, or fulfillment, see Personalized orders & remakes in our Refund Policy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is lost or undeliverable because of an incorrect address, the customer is responsible, and we can't offer a refund or remake.
