Shipping & Delivery Details
Every piece is custom-engraved in the USA after you drop your pin. Plan for production, then carrier transit.
Standard US shipping is free on orders over $50. Tracking is included on every order. Available options and final charges appear at checkout.
We typically ship within 7–10 business days of your order. The daily processing cutoff is 12 PM Eastern Time. Production time is separate from transit time.
After we ship, carrier transit adds additional business days depending on your address (usually several domestically). This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Check all engraving details before ordering and use the live preview on the product page. Photo proofs are not a standard step — confirm your pin and text before checkout.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is included on all orders. Use the tracking information in your shipping confirmation to follow your delivery.
Need to correct an order or check a gift deadline?
Contact us with your order number or the date you need your gift. Changes depend on whether production has started. Need it for a date? Order by the gift-finder deadline — we will not promise in-hand dates we cannot hit.
30-Day Happiness Guarantee
If something is off — engraving error, quality issue, or you’re simply not happy — contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll remake the piece or issue a refund. We don’t do “changed my mind” returns on correctly made custom work outside that guarantee window.
