Shipping & Delivery Details
Every piece is custom-engraved in the USA after you drop your pin. Plan for production, then carrier transit.
Standard US shipping is free on orders over $50. Tracking is included on every order. Available options and final charges appear at checkout.
We typically ship within 7–10 business days of your order. The daily processing cutoff is 12 PM Eastern Time. Production time is separate from transit time.
After we ship, carrier transit adds additional business days depending on your address (usually several domestically). This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Check all engraving details before ordering and use the live preview on the product page. Photo proofs are not a standard step — confirm your pin and text before checkout.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is included on all orders. Use the tracking information in your shipping confirmation to follow your delivery.
Need to correct an order or check a gift deadline?
Contact us with your order number or the date you need your gift. Changes depend on whether production has started. Need it for a date? Order by the gift-finder deadline — we will not promise in-hand dates we cannot hit.
Personalized orders & remakes
Personalized pieces are made to order and ship in 7–10 business days, plus carrier transit time. Because each one is custom, personalized orders are final sale and can't be refunded. If we make an engraving error or there's a quality issue, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll remake your piece free. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is lost or undeliverable because of an incorrect address, the customer is responsible, and we can't offer a refund or remake.
