How do I add my coordinates?

When you add a piece from our Coordinates Collection to your cart, you will see a map where you can search any address or drop a pin. The coordinates are automatically sent with your order.

Can I engrave text instead?

Yes! Many pieces support custom text engraving. Add your desired text in the Order Notes before checkout.

What materials do you use?

All jewelry is handcrafted from high-quality 316L stainless steel. We offer Gold (18K plating), Silver, Rose Gold (18K plating), and Black (PVD coating).

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping takes 7-20 business days to the US. Fast Shipping ($5.99) delivers in 4-7 days after 3-day engraving.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide.

What is your return policy?

Because each piece is custom-made, we cannot accept returns on personalized items. If your item arrives damaged, contact us at info@ourcoordinates.com within 7 days.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Remove before swimming or exercising. Store individually. Clean with a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid perfumes and harsh chemicals.
