Personalized orders & remakes

OurCoordinates pieces are custom-engraved in the USA and made to order. Personalized pieces ship in 7–10 business days, plus carrier transit time. Because each one is custom, personalized orders are final sale and can't be refunded. If we make an engraving error or there's a quality issue, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll remake your piece free. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is lost or undeliverable because of an incorrect address, the customer is responsible, and we can't offer a refund or remake.

Non-personalized in-stock items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Gift cards are non-refundable.
