30-Day Happiness Guarantee

OurCoordinates pieces are custom-engraved in the USA. If something is off — engraving error, quality issue, or you’re simply not happy — contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll remake the piece or issue a refund. We don’t do “changed my mind” returns on correctly made custom work outside that guarantee window.

Shipping: we ship within 7–10 business days of order; transit is separate.

Email info@ourcoordinates.com with your order number. Ignore any older “non-returnable / no exceptions” wording — the Happiness Guarantee is the current policy.
