Bought a bracelet they have on sale for $32. Turns out they are drop shipping items out of china(website says shipped from USA but it’s coming from china via tracking number). Went on Ali and found the same bracelet for $1.67. Been trying to contact them for 3 days via instagram, website and email to cancel my order and no response. Make sure to do your research.

The bracelets they sent me don’t have the customization I entered when I placed the order. I don’t see any way to do a return. Nobody has responded to my emails.
