Being that the address listed for this shop is in St. Petersburg, Florida I placed an order expecting it to be delivered within a week or two at most. However, the items were drop shipped from China and did not meet my deadline for receipt. After a week with no shipping update I contacted the store via email and on social media with no response. There is no way to verify a return with the shop, though they do provide instructions for shipping back to them. I don't trust the process, so I'm keeping them. The quality of the items is also disappointing.
It’s ok. But never seems to stay at the top of the wrist and seems to always turn upside down with the opening at the top of the wrist instead of the bottom.
The necklace itself is nice but arrived with a bunch of scratches.

The bracelets they sent me don’t have the customization I entered when I placed the order. I don’t see any way to do a return. Nobody has responded to my emails.

I got them and they were good quality and fit nicely but the magnet fell out on them within 10 minutes.
The magnet fell out of the bracelet and I contacted the support team for a new bracelet but never received a response back.
When I received my first order there was a slight issue. I reached out to customer service (Ray T.); he responded quickly and ensured me a replacement would be sent asap, it was sent as promised. I have been very happy with my purchases. I have been wearing the bracelet for almost a month now and I have had no issues, it looks exactly the same as when it first arrived.
