What comes in the set?

Two pieces: a heart lock bracelet and a matching key necklace, designed to be worn one each. They arrive together, so it is a single gift for two people. Available in silver, gold, black and rose gold.

Does the lock actually open with the key?

It is a decorative lock-and-key pairing rather than a working mechanism — the two pieces are designed to match visually as a set, not to physically unlock. The bracelet fastens with a standard clasp.

What if I do not know their size?

Choose an adjustable style. Our cuffs are open and can be eased to the wrist, and cord bracelets have a sliding closure — both fit most adults. For necklaces, 45 cm (about 18 inches) is the length most customers order. Full details are in our size guide.

What is it made of?

316L stainless steel — the corrosion-resistant alloy used in watchmaking. It does not rust in the shower and holds engraving crisply. Gold and rose gold finishes are 18K plated over that steel core; black uses a durable PVD coating. See our care guide.

How long does it take to arrive?

We ship custom-engraved pieces within 7–10 business days. Carrier transit adds additional business days after ship. Standard US shipping is free on orders over $50. Need it for a date? Order by the gift-finder deadline — we will not promise in-hand dates we cannot hit.
